In 1999 Toronto’s 245 Yonge Street was demolished and rebuilt while incorporating Karsten Rumpf’s ideas of creating flexible retail space suitable for a host of different ventures. Van’s brought their distinct style to 245 Yonge, using aluminum panels for frontage, their signature look. Their open street access and warm interiors appeal to anyone walking the revitalized thoroughfare.
